The PROJECT Immobilien Group specializes in the development of residential and commercial properties in selected metropolitan regions in Germany (condominiums in new buildings, homes in refurbishment properties, townhouses and much more). We sell permanently free of commission. We look for suitable properties or locations and develop ideas for contemporary high-quality residential and commercial properties. We are responsible for everything from conception to structural implementation and rental or sale. We also provide financing from a single source. As one of the few real estate companies, we have the financial strength to implement our projects with equity alone. That makes us independent of developments on the financial markets.
