My name is Semir Beric and I was born in Linz. Even as a child I was fascinated by capturing special moments in the form of pictures and videos. The world is fast moving and beautiful moments pass far too quickly. With photography, I had the opportunity to conserve experiences to a certain extent and keep them alive for eternity. But it's not just about capturing beautiful moments, for me photography is also about living out my creativity and passion. He likes to do everything that gives people pleasure and what he likes to do, he does well. But my creativity is not only shown in photography. Sometimes it grabs me and I restore, expand or build pieces of furniture. I also enjoy doing martial arts. Since I have had family, I haven't trained very often, but this desire is still in me. Martial arts have been a must for me since I watched those old kung fu films with my father as a kid. During the film I was jumping around wildly on the couch and trying to fight like the men in the films. I did an apprenticeship as a mechanical engineer and was in this profession for some time. As already mentioned, I am a passionate craftsman, but I missed the variety and I couldn't find the meaning and creativity in the work. I did further training and then became a full-time English and physical education teacher at a middle school. Working with young people gives me strength and no day is like another. I like to eat spicy foods and I like to wear elegant clothes. Faith and spirituality are very important to me. I love my family. I like to travel and I like to discover new countries and places. I like the Orient and Italian flair. I love to watch Netflix series, to dive into another world through a film, the smartphone or other people in the room do not exist for me during this time. Healthy and conscious nutrition is very, very important to me. Since December 2019 I am 95% vegan because I do not agree with factory farming and excessive meat consumption. Due to my diet, I also have to cook myself and experiment a lot, because my wife is not vegan. I always say live and let live.
