Giovanni Politi , member of the FIC (Federazione Italiana Cuochi, an association of Italian chefs), worked as a trained chef for several years in Iris Berben's “Cafe Roma” in Munich and as head chef at “Arte by Carlo” in Ludwigsburg. He acquired his excellent finesse at the stove and a knack for something special as Chef de Partie at “Da Gabriele” in Kitzbühel.
