delusearchitects are an office with 10 architects in Berlin who work creatively and professionally as a well-rehearsed and powerful team. We use our energy to ensure that a project is both creative and economically successful. ​ We work primarily in the service phases 1-4 (design and approval) and have developed a particular strength in coordinating complex projects with the building authorities involved on site. Our specialization lies in the preparation of feasibility studies for project developments for various investors. The good relationships with the authorities, which have grown over the past 28 years, help us to make well-founded statements about the buildability of individual properties very quickly. We work in close contact with our mostly private clients and develop “custom-made architecture” together with them. We use flexible and creative architects to turn our clients' ideas, their design requirements, their budget and their deadlines into reality. With high demands on the quality of our planning, we create a close, usually very personal relationship with our clients. Our goal is to create high-quality architecture taking into account the aforementioned framework conditions. Our work as a team of architects is characterized by a direct and uncomplicated exchange for our clients, we are focused and fast and devote our full attention to these goals.
