Centered Riding

Centered Riding © was developed by the American Sally Swift. The method is also known as "riding from the middle of the body". Influences such as the Alexander Technique and the Feldenkreis method are evident in the application. The rider incorporates images into his seat and influence. The goal is harmonious, effortless assistance, a restorable, centered position on the horse and a higher degree of permeability.
